The CER Two-ZooMoo Broadcast Center is the new official broadcasting center serving as the new world headquarters of CER Two along with ZooMoo co-located at the Oaklawn Racing Casino & Resort building at 2705 Central Ave in Hot Springs, Arkansas (branded as CER Two-ZooMoo Tower) and the newly-expanded former Sears building from McCain Mall at 3929 McCain Blvd in North Little Rock, Arkansas (branded as CER Two-ZooMoo Plaza West) featuring a new setting related to CER Two's new ZooMoo content and the station's games and entertainment programming and features the main CER Two House studio used for in-vision CBBC/CBeebies-style continuity (either live or pre-recorded) being taped at CER Two-ZooMoo Plaza West in North Little Rock with a giant living room similar to the CBeebies set, a big kitchen named Geoffrey's Kitchen, a dining room named CER Two Diner, a video arcade gameroom named Video Arcade which also offers a studio for the station's hourly GameBeat video game news service, its new party room with a TV wall and five tables, four bedrooms related to the ZooMoo and Nick Jr programming seen on CER Two, three master bathrooms, and a indoor swimming pool. In addition, there are additional broadcast rooms at its new home featuring its centralcasting master control room (which controls the CER Two network along with ZooMoo, CER Two's digital networks suite, and its local opt-outs for its CER Two relay stations) featuring its new broadcast video mixer and its video wall including the preview and program monitors along with monitors for its cameras, graphics, video, still store, and additional TV monitors for the different studios (CER Two-ZooMoo Tower in Hot Springs and CER Two-ZooMoo Plaza West in North Little Rock), its satellite room offering its video wall with programming transmitted from the international television networks via satellite which is recorded for tape-delay broadcast on CER Two thru its video decks, its new continuity booth for its out-of-vision links for the latenight/overnight hours with audio decks along with components such as the station logo, its on-screen clocks, program slides, schedule slides, and weather conditions/forecasts, its 24-hour newsroom for the newly launched tabloid-based news operation called CER Two NewsEdge which features its new anchor desk (which is also used for non-news programming on CER Two) along with a new weather lab for weather forecasts and the new roadway traffic center for traffic reports, several studios for CER Two's original programming (including the new US version of Mat Yoyo, reboots of CER Two's popular shows airing since 2013, and its ZooMoo programming), a new set for CER Two's nightly newsmagazine Nightly File, its video editing and voiceover suites (including Apple's Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects) designed for pre-recorded programming at CER Two-ZooMoo Tower and news/sports stories along with show promos/location-specific station ID's at CER Two-ZooMoo Plaza West, and its 24-hour kindergarten/Toys R Us store-hybird entertainment center exclusively at Oaklawn's CER Two-ZooMoo Tower in Hot Springs featuring its additional video arcade games (including arcade games being published by Midway, Williams, Sega, Taito, Capcom, Konami, Irem, Jaleco, Atari, Namco, Data East, SNK, Raw Thrills, and Global VR), a lot of toys similar to the Toys R Us stores, a kindergarten school related to CER Two's mascot (Geoffrey the Giraffe) and its ZooMoo programming, and new fictional buildings such as a school, a hospital, a motel, and several others.
